ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Electrolytes Sticks are specially designed to replenish minerals and maintain hydration during prolonged or intense exercise, especially in hot conditions. During training, the body loses water and essential electrolytes through sweat, and simply drinking water may not be enough to restore balance. This unique formula combines magnesium carbonate, sodium chloride, potassium phosphate, and sodium bicarbonate, which acts as a buffer to reduce acidification, helping to improve performance and accelerate recovery.
With a refreshing red fruit flavor and convenient individual sachets, Electrolytes Sticks can be used in two ways: dissolved directly in the mouth for fast absorption or dissolved in water for gradual replenishment. Ideal for replenishing mineral salts, hydrating athletes, and preventing hyponatremia, it is suitable for use throughout the sports season, particularly during the most intense training phases or on hotter days. Recommended from age 16, with adjustment of daily intake as needed.
How to use:
Take 1 sachet (3 g) per endurance training session, diluted in a little water or in a water bottle.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages

Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
