1. Antacids
- Many antacids contain aluminum.
- Vitamin D can increase the absorption of aluminum, which may be harmful, especially for people with kidney disease.
- Recommendation: Take vitamin D at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after antacids.
2. Diuretics
- Vitamin D increases calcium absorption in the body.
- Some diuretics raise calcium levels.
- Taking high doses of vitamin D with these diuretics may lead to excess calcium, causing serious side effects, including kidney problems.
3. Other Medications that Interact with Calcium Metabolism

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
