Caffeine is one of the quintessential ergogenic ingredients, widely studied and used in sports nutrition. Caffeine supplementation has been shown to improve several aspects related to sports performance. Its effects include improved muscular endurance, improved form, and speed, improved jump, and sprint, as well as a decrease in the sensation of fatigue, and improved cognitive performance. These effects appear in trained or untrained individuals.

Caffeine Caps GoldNutrition® is a supplement in capsules with 100 mg of caffeine for each. The caffeine used is Coffeine®, patented caffeine of natural origin, extracted from the green coffee beans of the Arabica variety and not synthesized in the laboratory.

The specific dose of caffeine is established according to the athlete’s weight, for this reason, Caffeine Caps have 100 mg of caffeine per capsule, which allows you to adjust the dose to each athlete according to their weight and the complementary supplementation they use, and which also contains caffeine. The ideal dose is 3 to 6 mg/kg of caffeine body weight, with the minimum dose to obtain an effect being 2 mg/kg of body weight, depending on whether the athlete is a habitual caffeine consumer or not, and the dose maximum, already associated with side effects, is 9 mg/kg body weight.

Caffeine Caps is a product suitable for:

How to take

Take 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times a day, before and/or during training. Up to 4 capsules can be taken per day. This product does not have a specific time to be taken and can be taken throughout the season. It is suitable for the most intense phase of the season or for the most demanding competitions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
