We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, and all EU countries.

- Ireland & Northern Ireland:
Standard tracked shipping from €5
Express from €10
Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50
- United Kingdom:
Tracked delivery from €20
- European Union:
Standard EU delivery from €10
Priority from €20
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and chosen delivery service.
Handling & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) dispatch same business day
- Orders after 12:00 dispatch next business day
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–3 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
(Customs may extend delivery by 1–2 days.)
- European Union: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Priority)
All orders include full tracking, and tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
- No customs charges for Ireland or EU deliveries
- UK orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs fees, payable by the customer
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU and Irish consumer law.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Complete (including accessories and documentation)
Once you notify us, products must be returned within 14 days.

Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the parcel.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Damaged or soiled items
- Products not in original packaging
- Used or partially consumed nutrition products
- Items returned incomplete
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.
If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
