How to Use
Take one gel every 30 – 45 minutes of endurance activity, or as part of your personalised fueling plan.
For best results, combine with Maurten Drink Mix or other hydration sources according to training intensity.

- If you are going to undergo a scheduled surgical procedure, stop taking the product 2 weeks in advance and inform your doctor.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Damaged or soiled items
- Products not in original packaging
- Used or partially consumed nutrition products
- Items returned incomplete
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.
If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
